The check-in times are generally 3pm . Depending on the owner, these hours can be different.
An extra fee may be requested for a late check-in if, after 6pm during the week, on Sunday or during bank holidays and depending on the apartment and the specific conditions of the owner. For further information, please contact our customer service department.
The check-in details are different depending on each owner, You will meet a Solux Apartments Representative at the time of check in who wil give you specific details.
The normal check-out time is between 10am to 11am (depending on the serviced apartments). An extra fee can be requested for an earlier or later check-out. You must request this information from our representative during the check-in.
Before or at the time of check-in at the apartment, you will have to pay the security deposit to the owner in order to safeguard the rental rules and obligations.. If there is no damage in the apartment, the deposit will be refunded on your departure or 48 hours later. The security deposit amount is indicated in the description of each apartment. This amount can vary, depending on the length of your stay.
Bed linen and towels are provided in all of our serviced apartments, at no extra charge.
Weekly maid service is also available for stays over a week at no extra charge.
